What started out promising is quickly turning demoralising
Pros
- Their acknowledgement to country and the indigenous people is incredibly genuine - scale and growth is so fast that the organization keeps hiring - if you're a white male, your career will be fast tracked for minimal effort. this is 80% true if you're a white female.
Cons
- Exec team are rife with contradictions. they preach to not waste members money yet they spend millions on consultants who are friends only for the end work to sit on a shelf unused. - they recently completed an entity wide re org only to create more head of roles - if you're a minority; be prepared to be exploited for your skillset and receive no development in return - culture is toxic and led by P&C - terrible investment returns resulting in higher fees to members and yet all investment staff received their bonus - I have been through 5 restructures, the most comical was when i was moved to one Group Execs remit after it was hired by one consulting firm only to be moved back a year later after receiving advice from another consultant
