Encourages self-improvement. Supportive coworkers and management. Hands-off managing style. Empowering the individual. Endless opportunities as long as you are willing to engage.
Cons
The departments still feel segmented, even after efforts of trying to create a more collaborative environment, however, things are improving. Sometimes responsibility falls on the individual to create a sense of direction.
