      Pros

      The company has hired a lot of talented people who are very friendly with each other.

      Cons

      The many talents are being wasted. Over the past year almost half the leadership team has been replaced. Even the CEO was fired. Staff is being misinformed on layoffs. Several people have left the company since the recent layoffs because they don't feel valued anymore, a lot are thinking about it. Morale is really bad but some of the managers don't seem to notice or care.

      No team Spirit, no leadership and management which leads to unessecary negative climate in the company. Survive on your own.
