You're right that the career progression path is not clearly defined for many positions and as we grow, we intend to add more here. We've had many people promote here due to their high performance and excellent results. Many employees have been able to accelerate their careers - not because managers created a map of stepping stones but because they overachieved on goals and were subsequently promoted. We are working on defining more clear paths for certain positions and encourage managers and employees to start this conversation within their departments to tailor each person's career path to their individual aspirations.
