-Pays extremely well -Work with a team of highly talented, friendly, and knowledgeable engineers and scientists (though many are on their way out by now) -Very well-funded, good budget for R&D
Cons
-Lack of planning and frequent direction changes from management lead to projects being perpetually stuck in R&D -Unrealistic timelines and confrontational managers create a highly stressful work environment -Inexperienced management pushes their own ideas that are not feasible in the given timelines
