Pay - awful and under the going rate;
Small holiday allowance;
No overtime pay;
No flexible working hours;
The leadership team who have no idea how to run a business ;
A product that does not meet data safety standards it claims to;
Extremely high staff turnover;
Horrible clauses with recruiters;;
One team member was known to have been hospitalized due to treatment by management;
Promising what they are unable to deliver to prospective clients, time and time again;
Leadership team is nepotistic;
Honestly, it's the worst place I have ever worked, ever. It made me long for a job scrubbing toilets. The majority of the team members were lovely, honest, hard working people...but the directors, well...they leave so much to be desired. As soon as the next employee is out the door, every fault in the company was their responsibility. Mismanaged, they scream at employees, scheme to undermine their own employees, are more than happy to throw people under the bus, make false promises consistently, bullying and threatening staff members. Not to mention micro-management at times, completely ignoring at others, and being very extremely capricious.
Additionally - the job was nothing like the picture painted at interview.
The WORST employer I have unfortunately come across, better off signed on for another couple weeks whilst you find something else, rather than accepted an interview/job offer. Your mental and physical health/well-being will thank you.
