      Sinking ship! Poor leadership, poor policies, poor benefits

      None that I can think of after 3 years of employment

      Cons

      Poor leadership, terrible management, no internal support, no benefits for part time employees, greedy and rude c-suite, cheap and small minded business decisions, no room for growth or career advancement.

      Weak management who are not experienced, ethical, or compassionate. Very money oriented with little consideration for clients or employees. Very short-sighted and mainly concerned about making their next month's numbers.
