      Pros

      Advancement opportunity IF you are willing to work most/all weekends with 80+ hours per week, and are willing to do everything and anything Division President requests in the time and order it is requested.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged from 3000 miles away on a daily basis regardless of rank. Expect long, extreme hours, minimal support, and being yelled at publicly because poor leadership issues are not addressed. If this sounds like something you like, it is a great place to work.
