      Flexible schedules for you to do activities

      Cons

      - Job is boring and hard - Salaries are on the low side of the spectrum, do not reflect the difficultie of the job - No one wants to work there, there is no feeeling of friendship - Can't even buy laptops for the employees - They don't care about you, or at least act - robotic Job - Using old technologies which do not give any relevance to you CV - English only policy makes extremely hard to understand managers instructions which lead to errors

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Great place to practice and improve English skills. No need to have experience to enter the company. The managers provide guidance for people to learn and develop their careers. Good working environment.

      Benefit coverage could improve for new hired employees. They improve with seniority.

      Flexible work schedules for you to adapt

      Cons

      It is very boring. There is no need to hire an Engineer to execute those tasks. There are toxic managers who will bark at you just for asking something. Everything is work and there is no motivation at all. Terrible experience. They don't even give you a laptop to WFH.
