      Pros

      - Really great, knowledgeable Irish team - Work from home some days - CEO is amazing and really down to earth, he has great relationship with staff regardless of level

      Cons

      - No sense of "team" in London office - London office is approx 6 desks, very cramped - Management do not trust staff when working from home so defeats the purpose - High staff turn over in London and was clear why once joining - No London sales team so events are covered by other untrained staff - Marketing department is stuck in the stone age with no space for innovation

      Founder based business that genuinely care about their people. Will do what is needed to support you and have created such an amazing culture to work in. A bunch of talented people doing great work for great clients.

      Cons

      Didn't see any downsides to working there. As long as you enjoy that type of work, then it's a great place to be.
