      Pros

      Deep training in how to be more conscious, responsible and self aware. A very supportive community who care for each other and develop each other.

      Cons

      A pattern of not standing up for its staff and under previous CEO a culture that was at odds with what they stood for. The intention to care for people is strong but it can break down because of contradictory messages and actions that put the customer before staff every time.

      Have more budget to invest on newer technologies and better practices.

      Flexibility, the amount I learned, the opportunities and the wonderful people I met.

      The company lost its way at the end and drifted from its purpose. Needs fresh leadership and to actively develop its people.
