      Not applicable, there are no reasons to join.

      Cons

      Culture is about using people as much as possible, with no respect to personal life and basic human decency. Work during weekend is expected, with no compensation. Managing Partner is behaving like the king of the world, and CEO enables him. Heads of department have been appointed not because of their skills and experience, but because they are loyal to him. They do not do the work, they blame anyone else they can for their faults, and seem to enjoy their role as “enforcers” to the rule of the tyrant. But no accountability. No job is better than this job.

      My worst decision ever to accept their offer.

      Cons

      The workload is brutal. You're juggling international time zones, chasing after unresponsive clients and putting out fires for programs that seem designed to be confusing. Expect to work nights and weekends, and forget about a healthy work-life balance. They'll call it dedication, you'll call it exploitation.

      Nothing. having no job is better than being in this toxic place sacrificing your well-being and peace of mind.

      Cons

      - Low salary -Long working hours - Improper behavior from managers towards employees. - All the positive reviews you see are fake, and written by the big boss in Dubai ( who claims he is a doctor) and his people to deceive people and polish the firm's image and his image, but everyone knows about his low-quality personality and how toxic the management is in that place.
