Pros

amazing team, lots of knowledge and extremely competent employees in all areas of service management. Good pay and good benefits like pension, free lunches, free fruit, great city centre location.

Cons

Pity we dont have solutions for the full market, a lighter solution for smaller organisations would be a massive revenue stream that we could tap into.

Working with different customers keeps it interesting. Helping people solve their real world problems gives a strong sense of satisfaction.

Cons

A lot of the work is remote so there can be a lack of belonging sometimes.
