      Good company for people, who wants to start their career in satcom industry

      Pros

      One of the best companies in Azerbaijan. There are a lot of opportunities for graduates.

      Cons

      Salary range is still lower, comparing to the companies, operating in satcom industry. Lack of external training for technical department.

      - Mostly immature and short-visioned mid-level management - Poor human resource management - Slow career progress - Copy-paste work environment - Unhelpful bureaucracy to the highest degree - Far from city technical office - No active learning curve
