Pros
Loyalty and people first make working for this company better than any of the 'big companies' where you are just a number. They truly care about you as a person not just a job function.
Cons
The benefits package could be better.

Pros
Some benefits, ok salary, share scheme, good finance companies bank rolling them and should last these hard times for at least a couple more years. Ground floor staff in the Agile team are young & friendly.
Cons
Startup mentality although been going for 20 years, a bit of a facade, narcissistic senior management, sacks staff at a whim and overly stressed small development team. Wants you to work every hour god sends with the startup mentality and threatens unemployment if you aren't one to work non-paid overtime to feasibly deliver product.
