Pros

There is usually strong direction from the leadership team. The organizational hierarchy is flat and you do not have to have a particular title to be a leader. The global team members perpetuate a culture of accountability and transparency. The mission-driven work makes it feel like my job has meaning.

Cons

I am happy to take on additional tasks and initiatives, but expectations need to be better defined up front to avoid role-creep.

Pros

The design of the workspace is great, the technology is advanced, the clinic team is extremely hard working and caring about the patients.

Cons

Unfortunately, the operational side doesn't match the vision. Compensation was below market without a clear rationale, and there was no meaningful path for career development or advancement. HR interactions felt more adversarial than supportive.
