As discussed with you on several occasions, at BCOTB, we take clinical quality, ethics, and client outcomes seriously. Our leadership team supports clinical autonomy within a framework of evidence-based practices, safety standards, and compliance requirements that are in place to protect our learners, families, and staff. While this structure can feel “micromanaging” to some, our intent is always to ensure consistency, integrity, and the highest standard of care. We also want to clarify that our organization’s mission is, and has always been, centered on supporting children and families - never financial gain at the expense of care. We maintain strong clinical oversight, ongoing training, and clear standards because our clients deserve excellence. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
