      1. Salary paid on time 2. Not much pressure

      Cons

      1. They do not have any stack. This experience will not be useful if you want to switch. 2. Probation period is 6 month. During the 6 month period all you have to do is read book. Nothing much to learn. 3. Salary is not up to industry standard. 4. The main work is basically testing. No scope of learning new technology 5. Other than salary they provide nothing ( health insurance, provident fund, gratuity) 6.No refreshment given ( tea, coffee) 7. YOU CAN BE SACKED ANY TIME. THEY WILL NOT INFORM YOU. SUDDENLY YOU WILL RECEIVE A MAIL THAT YOU ARE SACKED

      There are some Pros. Like 1. Free Food Service 2. Flexible entry and exit 3. You can ask for leave anytime 4. Best HR 5. Competitive Salary 6. Brilliant & Cooperative Colleagues 7. Monthly Birthday Celebration 8. Food Festival

      Cons

      Cons are more important and need to consider before applying this company. 1. Worst Management 2. Highly Supervision. 3. They may check your IP what you are doing . 4. CC camera is installed on each corner to monitor your every step. (This feels like you are a prisoners and they are your host). 5. You have to work and focus on PC for the 8 hours like the Chinese. Not rest no emotions for employees. 6. Exams, Exams and Exams. After completing graduation, you have to study for a semester in this company. 7. From internship, only 10-20% goes for permanent employee. (Many resigned and others are fired. They fired approximately 50% of their trainee employee). 8. Fear of being fired(Mental Stress High) Most important cons-- 9. Worst Stack ever which doesn't give any opportunity in BD and other countries. There is no value of the experience in other industry in Bangladesh.
