      Pros

      Normalization of an IT database is an excellent idea for a product. Additionally, some good people remain at the company.

      Cons

      Excellent idea for a product, but very poorly executed. Phrase most often heard in reference to the product: "major quality issues." Some good people remain at the company, but most have left or are on their way out.

      Nice people, decent technology - albeit very niche

      Cons

      Very poor culture due to the lack of leadership. Poor communication/administration/employee morale. Highly diluted equity and company very stingy around equity for employees. Compensation for sales people not good as company defers payment on commissions earned for 90 - 120 days because of cash-flow issues. Very few referenceable customers and poor post-sale implementation/support.
