      Pros

      Pretty stable company. Can be very comfortable sometimes. Not in the rush to fire their employees. Some of my teams been there for almost 20 years.

      Cons

      Low salary, and recently the bosses think the team is a ninja team from Google or Apple with their demands. The technology stack is tangled with the mainframe in some form and its bad for your resume and for your health.
