During the tougher times, it can be more obvious who the real key players are. Thankfully career progression is very much available.

I have been with the company for 6 months now and I feel I have found my dream job! They offer hybrid working where you work in the office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days. The company culture is fantastic as there is always events and incentives going on. There is always room for progression and BMS encourage it.
Cons
I would like to have a bit more flexibility when it comes to working from home, in terms of, not having to be in on a mandatory basis 3 days a week, but a more hot desk approach. This is my personal preference. Other than this, I have nothing negative to say about BMS as I am very happy here.
