      - supportive team - interesting, varied work - treated like an adult - reasonable salary - decent work-life balance, especially for an agency environment

      Cons

      - lack of definition between levels of roles, but that can be a pro or a con depending on how you feel (i.e., more senior people still get stuck into the lower level work) - limited transparency about how progression works

      Well-organised, positive teams, ambitious attitude. Great onboarding, internal resources and systems.

      Cons

      As it stands, none. Would be good to get more face-time with colleagues, as it's largely remote.
