- The atmosphere is collaborative and every team works towards a common objective. - Remote work policy - Managers care for their reports' career progression and needs - Awesome team spirit. Peers are always happy to lend a hand. - Feedback culture based on transparency and candid feedback - Great place to learn and grow

Cons

The company still has quite an Italian approach to policies (it couldn't be different, as it was founded in Milan just 3 yrs ago). Though, it is slowly shifting towards a more international approach, so this is not something that would hold me back from applying.
