      Working for Babel Profiles has been a great experience. Is an honest company, which is committed to its values. They really care about creating a good working environment and you can tell from the type of people they hire as well. It is professional yet fun, and familiar (close). The growth inside the company is quite fast he growth inside the company is quite fast and the opportunities are open for everyone. I, for example, was recently promoted to a Lead role in just a year of working here, it's allowed and prepared me to reach higher and bigger goals. It's a small company with big clients, so there is always room for development.

      Cons

      As a small company, there can be disadvantages in the sense of organization but now the management is working on a new structure for the different tasks.
