Pros
Working with talented people who are respectful, and great communicators Creative freedom I really feel like I’m an important part of the company, which makes me want to continue to go above and beyond. There are no unnecessary policies, and the goals are clear (to create the best work possible with a good pace), I’m able to tailor it to what makes sense for me to do my best.
Cons
Can get chaotic at times but that comes with the territory when a small company is growing
