    Pros

    great company to work for with a big support network. very welcoming to new starters. brilliant teams and management . always look after staff and run regular incentives

    Cons

    as a global company sometimes initiatives have to be tweaked to local markets and sometimes this can be confusing at first.

    Advice to Management

    great management teams , always approachable and willing to help. great senior management and MD. in my opinion management do a fantastic job .

    Pros

    Locations around the world. Brands are household names but they're not as prolific as comp (diageo / pernod).

    Cons

    aggressive bullying and terrified workforce. no kpis or targets to work to. disorganised and changeable which causes a lot of stress. fire people or they leave unhappy it never seems to end well. never sure of where you stand from one day to the next

    Advice to Management

    start operating like a prof outfit

    Got to travel the UK and go to great events with expenses paid for.

    Pros

    Great benefits. The offices are exceptional and there's a lot of perks, free alcohol, a bar in the office, parties.

    Cons

    Poor work/ life balance. Lack of communication between departments, lack of growing opportunities

    More engagement surveys, better understanding of the personal needs is the employees

    Great portfolio of brands, free booze, great to have on your CV, good benefits, work hard/play hard. Make the brand teams your closest friends

    Cons

    Glass ceiling for women, heavy workload, highly political, watch your back, do not get ill you're supposed to be super human

    Reintroduce the corporate culture of talented, entrepreneurial marketers and you will attract great people, differentiate the portfolio and lead the sector.

    Allow more autonomy to execute the overarching business strategy. Streamline processes to allow for more effective internal communication.
