Thanks for the response. Transparency is challenging as the company has grown, and being public we have to be more cautious. We've launched recent surveys to get more ideas on things that employees would value - transparency and authenticity are important to me, Gleb, and the executive team.

Honestly, there are none. They trust me, I have freedom, no micromanaging, and I can give input and honest feedback on things I think can be done better. I can speak with the VP of sales or CEO directly. I can take time off as needed or wanted, so honestly, there are none.
