Bankable is committed to being an outstanding employer in terms of culture, values and professional development and it’s great to see that the many changes we have made in recent months and continue to make are being recognised by our highly valued team members. We have made transformative changes to our organisational structure in Q4 2021; are making significant investment in all aspects of employee life, including rolling out a competitive benefits programme; introducing an industry-leading HR platform encompassing performance, engagement and professional development; and establishing ongoing internal and external training programmes. We have enhanced our organisational structure with a number of key appointments, management changes and other initiatives. Whilst scaling up a fintech with rapid growth in a dynamic market creates an environment full of both challenge and opportunity that won't be for everyone, we take any valid concerns incredibly seriously and are working hard to improve.
