      • Like most remote companies, it can be challenging to build deeper personal connections without meeting in person • Virtual social events are fun but not as frequent as real-life meetups

      Employees are given the opportunity to deploy expertise in their own domain and really feel like they are contributing to the business. Supportive and transparent leadership, where employees are challenged positively (and employees feel comfortable challenging the leadership too). Dynamic workplace where your work can help shape the business - if you can adapt to change quickly, you can thrive here.

      Fast paced, commercial goals are constantly evolving. Not for those that have experience at more traditional companies, and are comfortable with regular supervision & guidance throughout the day
