Very disappointing lack of support from Management and Directors. I found it to be distinctly lacking in team spirit, it is every person for themselves and even if off sick or on holiday, you are still hounded and nobody offers to take up duties in your absence and you come back to a spirraling mess! The goal posts continually move despite concrete proof of job descriptions when first applying, in my case this was largely ignored and I was basically told I had to accept it and I was expected to align with it. It also comes to something when you are asked to write a positive review to counteract the negative ones....
