Pros

easy job - health benefits there are some really nice people on this team on your own if you're right out of college - or someone with no degree this might be a good first job. if you love being on slack this might be the perfect job for you too.

Cons

Be wary of 5 star reviews - this company has weekly calls - management will ask employees to boost posts on social media and apparently their employees are pressured into writing 5 star reviews. I was asked to do something similar in the past. There is no room for growth here. This is an entry level job thats being spun as an elite sales role. This job is not sales. This job is merchandising with a sales spin. You will be required to meet a 30 sale quota. Sales mean putting up clip strips, getting new product placements, and putting products in coolers. Each and every day consists of: (not a con just a description) - Logging into an app to start your day and check in to locations - Talking to store employees - taking pictures of shelves - driving four a minimum of four hours a day This job will slowly wreck your car. You are leveraging your car for a job here KEEP THIS IN MIND. Your base pay is 42K, they cover gas, phone and some insurance. There are some people in this company that are snakes. On the surface they will act like your best friend, act like they will be there for you and no matter how much you do for them they will end your contract with them overnight. No one is honest with each other.

Pros

The actual work isn’t hard. All you do all day is merchandise healthy food brands.

Cons

Where do I start? For one we were encouraged to lie to brands about placements. The management is more of a dictatorship and if you don’t fall in line you’ll be cut. I believe the turnover rate has to be somewhere around 50%. In all honesty a lot of the problems with this company tend to revolve around them thinking they’re a sales company. This is not a sales company. All you do is audit products. You’ll attempt to get shelf upgrades or displays although most of the time they’re not approved fully by store management. This company is in trouble if they follow current management. This job will destroy your car too! Over four hours of driving a day. The salary is 40k with no room for growth. It’s a good job if you’re not a college grad or if you just graduated. They've currently lost multiple brands and will keep losing more if they go down the same route.
