      A company that is committed to playing bigger

      Pros

      I've done a few CMO/VP of marketing roles and normally they default to quarter by quarter lead generation. Basis is led by a CEO that is genuinely committed to becoming market-led, and who is prepared to make the investments and decisions to support this ambition. It's a huge pleasure and a joy as a CMO to come in and work to turn this vision and ambition into reality.

      Cons

      This isn't always an easy path and like any organization with this level of ambition we are learning as we go down the path.
