      Pros

      Fantastic colleagues who are supportive and positive. Management, from Ops Manager to CEO, is encouraging, understanding and lead by example. Benefits exemplary Everyday is a positive challenge for growth!

      We are all remote and wish we could be closer.

      Pros

      There is so much flexibility and PTO. Sasha, Mike and the leadership care about their people and do the right thing. Since the org is growing, there's a lot of room for growth if you stay around long enough. There is very little turnover, which is surprising for a start-up, and a lot of the "Day 1" employees are still around.
