Pros

Good pay.

Cons

Core Values are followed by Management but only extends to Customers and not their Employees. Over All Technology is needed.

Good corporate strategy, lacking in execution

Pros

Good strategy to become a leader in more specialty milling and gluten free products. Finding a niche in higher margin products vs. traditional white flour milling has served them well.

Cons

Poor people development, poor transparency in position hirings. Jobs are not posted internally. They may ask if you are interested in other positions but there are no interviews, you are either "given" a promotion or are not given a chance to even interview.
