Great place to learn based of size and different kinds of projects.

Cons

Bonus structure is terrible. work life balance is nonexistent. I think most people who lov this company are lifers. Terrible pto and forced to use a week at the end of the year when offices close. But Christmas Eve and day after thanksgiving are working days.9/80 but still expected to be available.

All the project sent to India as most of the management controlled by them. They don’t value real merit just look which is cheap. indian are get trained by qualified us emplyee than indian get the job and promotion but qualified usa employee get no promotions. Now india has more project than usa, coworkers says its now run by indian maf!a Everything now a days they do very cheap- example- company party or coffee mug.
