      Finally an ad tech company that are entirely transparent across all aspects of the business internally & externally. Fantastic on-boarding program & lots of internal support.

      Cons

      Early stage start-ups always grow quickly - its not unique to Beeswax.

      Pros

      A world class team who are loads of fun and solving very tough industry problems in a very unique way. I've worked in other ad tech companies and you can really feel the sparkle here of something magic happening!

      It's a new startup, so some of the standard teething issues are there - it's growing fast and things change quickly!
