      Majority of the Analysts & Associates are reliable.

      Frat boy culture - Management needs a major refresh. Promotions historically have been based on favoritism & nepotism instead of talent. As a consequence of this, a number of upper management lack the technical and commercial knowledge to make impactful decisions in high pressure situations, the blame is then placed on their juniors.
