I have been working at Berkeley Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Berkeley likes to recruit from inside, meaning there are strong career advancement opportunities. It also means you're likely to be working alongside highly rated professionals which is a great opportunity for professional development as you can learn the business from people who really know what they are doing.

    Cons

Berkeley management is proud of having a meritocratic culture and strong career advancement. This means that if you are looking to coast through the day or look to do the minimum this is unlikely to be the place for you.
