      Must become an expert ego stroker

      Pros

      The company itself has potential. The coffee is good.

      Cons

      If like me, you're too busy to ego stroke because you're focusing all of your energy and efforts on getting the job done well, then look for someplace else to work. The managing director requires constant recognition and admiration even if it's disingenuous. Egos here are inexplicably heightened. Their false senses of superiority impede them from getting anything of real value accomplished. Titles are more valued than the work itself. Appearances, appearances, appearances. Got to keep up with the Jones's. One of the other senior manager's jokes are inappropriate and typically misogynistic yet he keeps retelling them because he thinks he's funny and charming; frankly, it's obnoxious and offensive. The gossip here runs rampant and usually stems from the direction of the sales team.

      Pros

      The company offers excellent work-life balance benefits. They allow work from home and are flexible with schedules and shift. They offer a competitive amount of PTOs. Health coverage is offered, but the plan include a high deductible. They offer matching 401k benefits.

      Cons

      This is a small company at its infancy. Opportunities for growth at certain levels are limited due to the number of employees and size of the organization.

We have also resolved the high-deductible issue by supplementing the plans with the HRA- which means that your deductible is covered 50%, lowering your deductible.       okay if looking for a job, not a career

      Pros

      below chiefs and director level, amazing people to work with.

      Cons

      Chiefs and directors are totally disconnected from the rest of the company. no company goal set at the beginning of the year, resulting in each department setting its own goals, which contradict other department goals. no proper salary adjustment after inflation hit, and hiring new employees at market rate is unfair to current employees who have the know how and the experience. turnover is high, company does not try to retain talent. no room for growth or promotion. HR totally disconnected from reality, due to pressure from top management on what to focus on, so not allowing them to properly perform their job as HR. do not reccomend unless desperately needing a job.
