Pros

Fellow colleagues help each other through the days

Cons

A lot of promises were made at interview that never materialised. Bosses are very power hungry and will make you complete derogatory tasks. If you raise concerns they will attempt to force you out. Staff training not kept up to date and the minimum wage was barely paid. Left of my own accord as I couldn't take the stress and anxiety this job was causing me.
