- High turnover - Many companies fail - No mentorship for employees - Cliquey/immaturity among some staff

There was very little mentorship and opportunities to learn. I had expected more from a leading startup studio that championed “best practices.” Unfortunately it was often not using best practices itself, leaving junior team members with little more than a nice item on their resume and no real skills. Many of their companies unfortunately failed as a result and there was a lot of turnover.
