Pros
Work whenever you want - get what you put in. Brochures are free - whole business is easy to start and keep going. Unlikely you would be let go.
Cons
Rain, snow etc. Large items. Very area dependent - some areas are impossible, some are better. Commission-only - have to say rewards generally don't match the efforts.
