Pros

Health, dental, and vision insurance. PTO, paid drive time, competitive compensation, flexible schedule. Very supportive and also super understanding when life gets in the way. The clinical team is very responsive when you have any questions during/after session and if you have an idea of a toy or anything that will motivate your kiddo, the team will make stuff and order things for you! The kiddos are amazing and it is truly a rewarding job

Cons

Don't get paid for cancelled sessions, training isn't very proactive, not a lot of options for toys, lots of miscommunication, not a lot of supervision when hired to ensure that you are ready if you are new in this field, sometimes there is a language barrier between BT and the parents

Pros

The staff seem to really care about improving client growth implementing ABA strategies. Excellent place to gain experience for teachers, psych majors, or anyone working in human services.

Cons

Hours are not consistent, if client cancels, you will need to reschedule or not get compensated for that time. Some staff really get overwhelmed with client behaviors and working in-home instead of a clinic.

As an employee at Beyond Behavior California, I’ve seen firsthand how much the clinical teams truly care about their clients. There’s a strong commitment to quality care, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact. The work is purpose-driven, and the team is compassionate and supportive.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, there are opportunities to further streamline scheduling and processes, which is something leadership is actively working to improve. Overall, it’s a rewarding place to work, and I’m proud to be part of a team that genuinely makes a difference.
