Pros

BeyondCurious is a purpose driven company that believes in unlocking the potential for brands, our clients and our team. While we focus on doing innovative work, we obsess about our clients and creating business impact. We are also passionate about diversity and women leadership and the impact it has on our community and the people we work with. I am proud to be part of this amazing team, and to serve as role model for other mom-preneurs.

Cons

BeyondCurious fosters an entrepreneurial culture with the values of heart, hunger, and humor at its core. Not everyone has the stomach or grit to thrive in this environment, but for those who do, it is truly a game changing experience. If you want to be part of building a great company and want to understand what it's like to be a business owner, you will find this to be the perfect place to shed your skin and feel truly unlocked.

Pros

Collaborative workplace, transparent company, strategic and impactful projects, smart and empathetic coworkers. If you want to work someplace where you have the ability to have impact, this is the place for you.

Cons

You have to be all in. You have to take accountability. You have to be willing to pivot, to "shed your skin," growing and going beyond what you thought you knew. You have to be open to feedback. You must be willing to fail, and have the ability to pick yourself back up again. Repeatedly.

Pros

One of the best things about working at BeyondCurious has been my growth, professionally and personally. It has allowed me really evolve my thinking, challenge the way I look at the world, and how I approach things. The culture is centered around empowering people and you definitely feel it.

Cons

As silly as it sounds, one of the more challenging parts of the job is finding adequate parking. So be prepared to adapt to that daily challenge.
