Pros

No pros at all, not recommended to join it.

Cons

- This was a deeply frustrating and exhausting place to work. The job was already difficult, but the expectations were far more punishing. - Instead of receiving support, employees were left to fend for themselves. - That turned even simple tasks into constant sources of frustration. - Managers offered little to no help when issues arose. - As a result, the same problems kept resurfacing without resolution. - The pressure continued to build, and nothing ever seemed to get better. - It eventually became a draining place that wore people down.

Pros

It's an okay company for gaining initial experience in the industry.

Cons

There are two main problems with working for Beyonk. First is the stressful and overwhelming work environment. Employees here aren't supported at all, and the management simply throws a bunch of tasks and responsibilities at us, hoping that we'll figure things out on our own within the set deadline. Our managers are unreasonable and unsupportive, and they're no help at all.

Pros

Having spent 4 years at Beyonk, I’ve seen the company evolve significantly. One of the biggest strengths is the people, there’s a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture, and you get to work with smart, driven individuals who care about what they’re building. The company operates in an interesting niche (experiences and travel tech), which means the work is varied and often quite creative compared to more traditional SaaS businesses. There is also a good level of ownership; if you’re proactive, you can have a real impact on product and direction rather than just executing tasks and managing clients. Flexibility and trust are also strong points. There’s an understanding that people work differently, and autonomy is generally respected.

Cons

Like many growing companies, processes and priorities can shift quickly, which can be challenging, but it keeps it interesting.
