I have been working at Biffa full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

wages are good for old contract drivers but not new contract drivers

    Cons

days are too long too much work if you want to get an early finnish you better start early and be prepared to speed all day long you may get done in 10 hours that way the hardest workers get put on too much and the teachers pets who cant do anything go home early employee of the month always goes to the ones who fit in not the ones still out doing all the work if you want to spend less time at home in the evenings and when you are at home spend it asleep as you will be mentally and physically exhausted then work for biffa oh if you mess up be prepared to get out as they have zero loyalty to you or respect get a job with a company that will respect you it goes a long way on a long day

    Advice to Management

stop telling us how we drivers are the back bone of the company the front line of the company then ignore us and treat us like the lowest life form
