* Blatant disregard for data-related laws and the terms and conditions of 3rd party platforms that are in use.
* Treats lying to clients as a casual thing.
* Goes live with a product and leaves it without T&C and Privacy policy for more than a year.
* Does not honour the terms of the employment contract written by the company itself. You have to stress multiple times that not honouring their terms is illegal. Only then they agree and even then they phrase it like they are doing you a favour. Your generosity knows no bounds.
* Generally does not value its employees or their efforts - rarely offers any compensation for overtime (has to be long term and unavoidable) and even when it does, it delays the payment of said overtime. No time off in lieu either. Unless you are in the higher-ups, from what I've heard.
* Buys smaller companies, but does not integrate them into the business.
Pretty useless benefits package.
* Working remotely for them apparently makes you a second class employee. If you are in this position, forget being invited to events.
* Before signing the contract or during annual review offers you things like paid training, you have to chase them for it though. They'd be very happy if you forget about it.
* Try to weasel out of giving you a salary bump in every possible way.
* The office is super crowded. There are now 100 people in a building that used to be a pub. It's about time you rent another place.
