Pros

They had dental / medical

Cons

-Micro-managing -You were paid for 40 hours but expected to work 80+ hours -Leadership was on a power trip 100% of the time -Insults from leadership about work vs help improving -Did not disclose that most clients were obtained through religious affiliation with the owners -End of week meetings to judge all final "projects" and if it wasn't good enough you had to stay late on Friday's to redo it. -Threatened with lawsuit if you posted any of your work after working here, you will not have a portfolio after working for them. They will not respond to requests to post work.

Pros

- high standards to work towards

Cons

- micro micro management - leadership doesn’t listen - you’ll be threatened with a lawsuit if you share any work in your portfolio, even if that work is a public-facing social campaign or website… not talking about client NDA stuff. Anything. You will not have a portfolio after working here.

Pros

Agency experience, annual retreats, latest technology

Cons

Forced culture, unrealistic expectations on a consist basis, negative consequences like loss of PTO and demotion if you “complain” written into the employee rules.
