Pros

Decent work life balance most of the time. Some fun team get togethers if you live in Denver (but not really anymore since they closed the office).

Cons

4 CEOs in one year = absolute disaster. Multiple other chief execs hired and let go. Not sure how employees or candidates could have any faith left in Maureen Sullivan or the rest of executive leadership (all TCG people), given how many bad staffing decisions they made in the last year and had to walk back. My advice, don't bother jumping on a sinking ship.
