      Family owned, fast moving, treated as an individual. Great products, good reputation and plenty of added value

      Communication internally can sometimes break down between sites, leading to delays in supply

      A Supportive, Growth-Focused Place to Work

      Pros

      Plenty of learning opportunities, working here gives exposure to multiple facets of the business and cross-functional projects. You never feel siloed to just one area. Benefits are solid like the increase to the healthcare package and efforts like remote-work support are appreciated. The collaboration with the DSPCA is great! And small things like the addition to fruit boxes to the site is really nice

      Cons

      Career progression can feel less defined in certain functions as some departments are small and you may need to push proactively for growth. Systems are developing but in places can still be outdated
